1. FORUMS AND CHAT
1.1. You may read the forums and use them.
1.2. You may use our forum fully when you are logged in.
1.3. You must respect everyone in the forums.
1.4. You may not be racist/sexist or abusive to our members.
1.5. You can not use the forum for promotion.
2. USER ACCOUNT
2.1. Keep your password safe, if you lose it, you may request it again and it will be emailed to you.
2.2. You can only have one account. If you try to make more, you will be suspended.
2.4. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
2.5. Accounts can not be sold, or passed on to another person other than the creator.
2.6. We will not modify your account unless requested.
3. REFERRALS
3.1. As a member, you can have the following number of direct referrals: Standard - 100; Silver - 100; Bronze - 100; Verified - 100; Golden - 200; Premium - 300; Platinium - 400
3.2. You may not refer others in your household or with the same IP.
3.3. Any spamming will cause your account to be suspended.
3.4. You may not use our import contact system to spam.
3.5. You only earn from your direct referrals.
3.6. You can only buy referrals when they are available.
3.7. Referrals are rented for a certain period of time, and will be recycled when the time is over.
3.8. A referral can not edit his upline.
4. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
4.1. Do not attempt to cheat, you will be suspended.
4.2. Do not attempt to edit information through hacking, you will not succeed.
4.3. If your account is terminated, we may decide to pursue further action.
5. PAYMENTS TO USERS
5.1. All payments will be made via AlertPay or PayPal. No other method of payment is available at this time. The user account (AlertPay or PayPal) must be verified. Otherwise, payment doesn´t will be made!
5.2. We will pay all our members. Premium members have priority.
5.3. The minimum cashout is $2.50
5.4. You may only request one payment at a time.
5.5. All issues caused by payment processors are not our fault.
5.6. We will pay to the payment address on your account.
5.7. We can decline any payments of user suspected of cheating.
5.8. Any overpayments that are made of your guilt will not be returned!
6. ADVERTISEMENTS
6.1. We do not accept illegal content nor frame breaking websites.
6.2. Users can view ads every 24 hours.
7. PAYMENTS TO E-HIT
7.1. You may pay using the methods provided.
7.2. You will not receive any refunds.
7.3. Payments are confirmed using IPN.
7.4. If IPN fails, contact us at info@lookandhit.com
7.5. Any attempts to chargeback or refund will end with your account suspension.
8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
8.1. We can suspend any account at anytime for any reason.
8.2.Accounts will be deleted with all records of them.
8.3. We will keep certain information to idenify cheating accounts that are suspended.
8.4. Accounts can be deleted for inactivity.
9. LIABILITY
9.1. We will not be liable because of acts of War, God, or Nature. Or any other random things.
9.2. We can edit our website at anytime for any reason.
9.3. We will not be held responsible for anything out of our control. This includes anything cause by our users, host, or service providers.
10. CONDITIONS
10.1. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before signing up for an account.
10.2. You have to be of legal age in your country of residence to become a member and take part in any program on offer.
10.3. By accepting these terms and conditions you also confirm that you are not less than 18 years old.
10.4. Prograf S.p.A. only offers products and programs to its members. They are not available to the general public and are open only to the qualified members of Prograf S.p.A.
10.5. The use of this website is restricted to our members and to individuals who where personally invited by members.
10.6. All the information given by any member to Prograf S.p.A. will be keep secure and only used by Prograf S.p.A. and not disclosed to any third party in any way. Prograf S.p.A. is not responsible or liable for any loss of data. You agree to hold all principals and other members of Prograf S.p.A. free from any liability.
10.7. You are joining all programs at your own risk and you agree that a past performance is not an explicit guarantee for the same performance in the future.
10.8. We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions and rates of any of the programs at any time and at our sole discretion without prior notice, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of the members' interests.
10.9. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the current terms. Prograf S.p.A. is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses and costs resulting from a violation of the conditions and terms and/or use of our website by a member. You guarantee to Prograf S.p.A. that you will not use this site in any illegal way and you agree to respect your local, national and international laws.
10.10. We will not tolerate SPAM. SPAM violators will be immediately and permanently removed from the program. Prograf S.p.A. reserves the right to accept or decline any member for membership without explanation. If you do not agree with the above disclaimer, please do not continue with your registration.
